Who is responsible for your information?
Until the formal incorporation of LNPclarity, Dennis Aschmann and Renzo Knol jointly operate this website and are jointly responsible for personal data submitted through it.

Information we collect
When you submit the discovery-call form, we collect your name and work email address. You may also choose to provide your company or institution and a brief description of your enquiry. If you contact us by email, we process the information contained in your message.
Why we process this information
We use this information only to review and respond to your enquiry, arrange an exploratory discussion, and keep an appropriate record of our correspondence. The processing is necessary to take steps at your request and is also based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about LNPclarity.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to our email service provider. FormSubmit states that form submissions may be retained on its systems for up to 30 days. These providers process information only to deliver and secure the relevant services.

How long we retain information
We retain enquiry data for no longer than 12 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is necessary to meet a legal obligation or resolve an ongoing matter. Information that is no longer required is deleted.
Confidential information
Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive technical information through the website form. An appropriate non-disclosure agreement can be established before sensitive information is discussed as part of a future engagement.
Cookies and analytics
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. FormSubmit may use security measures, including CAPTCHA technology, when a form is submitted. Any such processing is governed by the relevant provider's privacy terms.
